Cancellation Policy
All appointments MUST be cancelled or rescheduled with minimum of 24 hours notice, or there will be a cancellation/reschedule fee totaling 30% of services booked.
ALL no-show appointments will be charged a no-show fee totaling 50% of services booked.
Fees must be paid before a new appointment can be made.
Gift cards or credits on file do not cover this fee, as they can only be applied to services and retail products.
WHY?
Appointments that are cancelled last minute or no showed cannot be filled by another client. Please know this is to ensure fair scheduling availability for all clients as well as myself.
